One way both the Mahayana & Zorba properties stand out from other venues in Tulum, is the full property buyout for weddings. With the full property buyout requirement, you will have the entire property and private beach just for your group! Normally, this can get pretty expensive in hotels, and it’s almost impossible to have the entire place for you, but with us, you get an all-inclusive experience.

Of course, we have two wonderful options for the newlyweds' bedroom that will WOW! you right away! At Mahayana, our Casa Gaia, a bungalow on Tulum's stunning white sand beach, has incredible views. Nestled into natural greenery for privacy, you can enjoy the turquoise Caribbean from your bed and living area. It is the most romantic house on the beach. At Zorba, you can enjoy the Penthouse Villa with stellar bird's eye views of the white sand and turquoise sea from this exclusive and very private feeling home.

Let the sea breezes flow through the glass doors into your open living area or sit outside on the patio to enjoy the incredible vista. This home is carefully designed to connect with the breathtaking beauty of Tulum from each room.

All our homes include daily housekeeping and groundskeeping, an onsite concierge team to look after you during your stay, and night security so you can relax.
