We care deeply about people, the cultures, and ecosystems we are part of, and want you to experience the magic of Mexico first hand.
At Zorba Collective we assist our guests with every aspect of the stay. We can arrange airport transfers, chef services, massage and onsite wellness experiences, as well as certified childcare and excursions with a local trusted local guide. With dedicated hospitality staff on property we know you can fully relax.
Our beachfront villas are gentle on the earth. We minimize single use plastics and preserve the integrity of the beach for the sea turtles to nest. Many of our building materials are recycled, turning something old into something beautiful. We minimize our use of electricity and water with energy efficiency fixtures and a septic system that treats our grey water so it can be used to water our tropical plant and lush gardens.
When you stay at Zorba Tulum or Mahayana Tulum you can expect warm and genuine Zorba Collective hospitality.

Zorba was the most magical place to host our long wedding weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. In the planning stages of the trip, Snow (property manager) answered any questions we had and made booking out the entire property very easy. Chabely and Miriam were incredibly helpful and handled anything our guests needed during our stay. My friends and family were so pleased with the trip and loved their stay at the property. I stayed in the Penthouse with my fiance and loved the breathtaking views as well as how well-stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were. Daily housekeeping and groundskeeping kept everything in pristine condition and there were so many activities to keep both adults and children entertained. The food at the on-site Taco Shack was also superb. I couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our wedding weekend and we truly loved every second! Families Welcome
We love to host guests of all ages. Families and groups are welcome at both our Zorba and Mahayana beachfront properties. Complimentary cribs, highchairs, child beds, and beach toys provided. Chef Services and onsite guests only Taco Bar's are located onsite for fresh juice, fruit, and healthy food options.
SUP's, sea kayaks and boogie boards provided. Swimming pools and beachfront for all to enjoy.
"The homes are beautiful, spacious, unique and comfortable and the property is designed with natural vegetation for privacy between houses. The beach is amazing with Caribbean white sand and warm water and the sunrises were spectacular every single day. Mahayana is magical and we are all ready to go back!!" Ann
